When will I receive my refund?Updated a month ago

Your refund will be processed once we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse - not when you ship it. Here's what to expect: 

• Processing Time: 7 - 10 business days after we receive your return
• Refund Method: Issued to your original payment method
• Bank Processing: May take up to 10 additional business days to appear in your account

Please note, we inspect all returns. If the product returned is unauthorized or is in unacceptable condition, we reserve the right to cancel the credit/refund and invoice the customer.
