You will receive tracking information in your email from reima.ca. If you haven't received a tracking URL after 3 business days from purchase, please reach out to customer service.
For lost-in-transit packages, while we can’t directly resolve lost shipments, we recommend:
- Filing a claim with the carrier (Canada Post, etc.) and sharing the claim number with us for support. Please note that most carrier claims take 7-10 business days to resolve (varies by season).
- Route Protection: At checkout, you can add Route Shipping Insurance for coverage (i.e. refunds or replacements for lost orders).
