Why can’t I return certain items?Updated a month ago
For quality control and fairness to all customers, we can't accept returns of:
- Final Sale and Sample Sale items (as marked at purchase)
- Items from specific sales (as noted in the sale description)
- Damaged items or those in unacceptable condition
- Items returned without their original tags
