Why can’t I return certain items?Updated a month ago

For quality control and fairness to all customers, we can't accept returns of: 

  • Final Sale and Sample Sale items (as marked at purchase)
  • Items from specific sales (as noted in the sale description)
  • Damaged items or those in unacceptable condition
  • Items returned without their original tags

We carefully note these exceptions during checkout. If you believe there's been an error with your return, please contact our customer service – we're happy to help resolve any issues.
