How is my order packed?Updated a month ago

Depending on the content/size of the order the items can be packed in a cardboard box or in plastic bags with the maximum protection for the clothes and shoes. We try to use as low amount of the packaging materials as possible in order not to harm the environment. 

Starting from spring 2023, we require our suppliers to use recycled cardboard in shipping boxes and recycled plastic in polybags. Already at least 50% of shipping boxes are made of recycled cardboard.
